Nanogram HD

Use the number clues to fill in the grid, and a hidden picture appears square by square. Nanogram HD is the new name for Picross HD, the picture logic puzzle we first released in 2010, now refreshed for today's iPhone and iPad and built to take full advantage of iPhone Duo.

Every row and column comes with a set of numbers that tell you how many filled squares run together in that line. Work out which squares are filled and which are empty, one clue at a time, until the picture is complete. The rules take a minute to learn. The bigger puzzles can keep you busy for a long while.

• Hints on tell you right away when you make a mistake. Turn them off and find your own mistakes.
• Puzzles from a quick 5×5 up to 20×15.
• Daily puzzle packs serve up a fresh mix from the whole catalog every day: more than 1,000 puzzles on iPad and more than 500 on iPhone.
• Rate each puzzle and see how other players rated it.
• On iPad, draw your own picture and Nanogram HD works out the number clues for you.

Unfold it for a bigger board

Open iPhone Duo and Nanogram HD switches to an iPad-style board with puzzles up to 15×10, with the puzzle tools tucked into the side bar. Closed, it plays like an iPhone and turns to landscape for wider puzzles.
